Added a few new awards from BKSL awards, AVA's, and FNVA's, thanks guys! Also added some new affiliates to the links page.

Figured it was time for a layout overhaul. Content's essentially all the same. I added a few new awards, and reluctantly added a new vid to the movie vids page (seriously, it's awful).

Also, Round 3 is now open over at VI Awards, so go submit!
